About Kaitlin

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which is why I became a childcare provider. I'm motivated by the desire to make a positive impact on children's lives and my community. My patient and calm demeanor, along with my creativity and imagination, makes me a well-rounded caregiver. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, from toddlers to preteens. Although I lack extensive experience in formal caregiving, I'm proficient at planning engaging activities like board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games. I keep parents updated on their child's day via text or phone call, using their preferred communication method. While I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I believe in open communication and collaboration with parents. I have some college education and am currently pursuing my degree. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and only speak English.
