About Kaisa

Hi! I am a college sophomore majoring in Education with over six years of experience caring for children, from private babysitting to structured childcare programs. I currently work as an assistant teacher at a learning daycare center and as a before and after school counselor at a park district. These experiences have helped me develop skills in supporting children's learning, planning activities, helping with homework, and creating a safe and welcoming environment. I enjoy working with children of different ages and personalities and building meaningful connections with them. I am dependable, patient, positive, and genuinely passionate about helping children grow and learn. I am also CPR/First Aid certified and fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Working with children is something I truly love and plan to continue pursuing throughout my future career in Education. I would love the opportunity to support your family:)
