About Kailyn

Hi there! I am an enthusiastic care-giver for children of all ages My most recent experience was caring for an infant from when she was 4 m. o. to 10 m. o. I was responsible for her care during the day, kept her on a regular schedule, and engaged her in age and developmentally-appropriate activities. This past summer I had the absolute joy to coach a swim team with kids ranging from 5-17 years old so I have experience forming trusting relationships with kids while maintaining their respect as a coach which I believe has valuable applications for childcare. I can supervise after-school activities, engage in playtime, prepare meals, assist with homework, help with bedtime, and more! I graduated from Furman University with a psychology degree with a focus on developmental and behavioral sciences and my hobbies include reading (a lot!), cooking, baking, scrapbooking, and swimming. I am looking to relocate to Brooklyn, NY by 09/24.
