To introduce myself, I am a highly motivated person that goes above and beyond to get the job done. I have a lot of patience and always try to communicate from a place of understanding. I am constantly looking to grow and learn. With a background in childcare and a strong skill set in critical thinking, communication, and planning, I am confident in my ability to excel in this role. In 2017, I started working in childcare. One of my key strengths is my ability to plan and organize activities that are both educational and enjoyable for children. Throughout the week, we would do daily activities that related to the theme, while targeting specific areas that help with child development.
