About Kailey

Hi there my name is Kailey! I suck with these so bare with me :) my first experience comes from when I was 17 years old and worked in my first assisted living room, and when I tell you I absolutely fell in love with it, being able to help someone while doing your best to keep them included was a big part of what I loved most. I often found myself thinking of how sad I would feel if I had to sit back and watch someone do everything for me even if I was capable of doing some of it still on my own to some extent so my biggest goal is to always do everything in my power to allow the individual to remain independent in their own sense while assisting them in activities of their daily life. Not only am I great for helping with housework duties, self care routines, organizing but I also find friendship to be a key componet, often times so many stories, so much wisdom and to be shared and lets face a lot of us love to talk and get to know others stories. if you have any questions message me.
