About Kailey

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with five years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering a safe and stimulating environment for your children. My previous babysitting roles allowed me to witness the positive impact I can have on children's lives, which inspired me to pursue a career in caregiving while I am currently at the University of Nebraska Omaha getting my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Patient, calm, creative, and friendly, I believe in open communication with parents. I'll provide regular updates on your child's day and promptly address any issues that arise, using your preferred communication method. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and strive to provide a fun, educational, and caring environment. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and have experience with a wide range of age groups, from infants to preteens including individuals with disabilities.
