About Kailey

Hi! My name is Kailey, and I'm a 37-year-old experienced nanny and proud mom to an 8-year-old son. I have over 10 years of childcare experience, including 6. 5 years as a nanny for the same family. I began caring for their daughter when she was just 6 weeks old and stayed with their family until she turned 7. This experience gave me the opportunity to care for a child through every stage, from infancy through the early school years, while building a strong, lasting bond with both the child and her family. I also spent a year working as a lead teacher at a daycare. While I enjoyed the classroom experience, I quickly realized how much I value the one-on-one connection and personalized care that comes with being a nanny.
