About Kailey Allison

Hi, I'm Kailey! I have over a year of experience working with children ages 4-12 and enjoy creating a safe, positive, and fun environment where kids can learn and grow. For the past 10 months, I have worked as a gymnastics coach, teaching children from tots through elementary school. This experience has helped me develop strong skills in supervision, communication, patience, and leadership. I have also volunteered at my church's summer camp for several years, helping lead activities and care for children throughout the day. In addition, I assisted my mom in her kindergarten and first-grade classrooms, gaining experience working with younger children in an educational setting. I am CPR and First Aid trained through my high school. I am responsible, dependable, patient, and hardworking. I love working with kids, building positive relationships, and helping each child feel supported. I would love the opportunity to provide a fun, caring, and supportive environment for your family!
