Hi, my name is Kaile and I'm a passionate and creative nanny! I have experience with childen in diverse settings (medical, behavioral, schools, and in homes) that has given me a range of skills to apply in this position! My favorite age group are infants and toddlers, but I have experience with all ages. I'm looking for a full/part time position, and my rates start at $22/hour for one child. I have worked for 3 families, with children 8 weeks to 3 years of age. I'm CPR certified, have my own car, and have taken courses in child development. My focus is on giving your child a safe, routine-focused, and creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing seasonal crafts, reading, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and weekly outings when appropriate. Kaile was a wonderful and trustworthy care taker of my 1 year old while we were traveling. It was my first experience with using a care.com sitter, naturally I was anxious as I had not previously met Kaile before the day I needed her. I immediately felt comfortable and knew my daughter was in great hands. She did a great job with bedtime and communicating throughout the night. Next time we are back in the Louisville area I would happily use her again.
