About Kailee

Hi, I'm Kailee! I have been working in childcare for 7 years professionally, on top of many years of babysitting before that. I have worked in various homes, classrooms, and back up care. I have worked with ages 6 weeks- 12 years old. I specialize in fostering a positive environment to encourage children to develop their whole selves. I know how to create activities that support social emotional, literacy, and early mathematic skills, along with many other essential developmental functions. I have experience with multiples, up to 20 children in a classroom, and 4 children in a home setting. I am willing to assist with tasks such as laundry, light house keeping, driving children to their daily activities and open to discussing what works for you!
