With five years of experience in childfocused roles, I bring both professional training and realworld skills to providing a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children. My background as a Dependency Case Manager and Therapeutic Staff Support allowed me to work closely with at-risk youth and families, ensuring safety, emotional support, and developmental progress. These roles required patience, consistency, creativity, and strong communication with both children and parentsskills I carry into every caregiving role. In addition to coursework in Early Child Development, I love creating activities such as outdoor play, board games, and educational games that encourage learning. I am comfortable maintaining household routines and rules, assisting with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel.
