About Kaila

I would describe myself as trustworthy, reliable, and highly focused on safety. I enjoy working with children because it's fulfilling to watch them learn and grow over time. I also appreciate that each day is different, which keeps the work interesting and engaging. I'm seeking a job that is both enjoyable and rewarding. I began working with children around age 14, babysitting for family members and friends. I am currently a swim instructor, which has further strengthened my experience. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. One thing to know about me is that I have a strong passion for horses and horseback riding. My skills include water safety, providing comfort, and actively engaging with children.
