Hello! My name is Kaila. At the moment I am working as a full time nanny M-F. I have been doing this for the last four years. Prior to that I did part time babysitting along with working at a pediatrics doctors office. I have always loved to be surrounded by children. They have so much life and light in their eyes it's incredible to watch them grow and learn. I am terribly sad to leave my current family but I am moving to Charleston at the end of august and looking for a new family! I would love to speak more with anyone about me and my experience!!

Kaila was the best thing to happen to our family since our girls graced this earth. We interviewed countless qualified nannies, but it was never a question after witnessing Kaila interact with our children during her initial meeting. From day one, she treated our unconventional dynamic as professionally as one can. She never missed a day. She was never late. She used a network of like-caregivers and venues to constantly keep our kids entertained (parks, zoos, museums, acquariums, play dates, beach days, etc.). For over a 1.5yrs she showed up to work with a smile on her face, ready to love our girls unconditionally, and we are forever in debt to her for this. Above and beyond is an understatement when describing Kaila’s work ethic and passion for her kids, and anyone would be lucky to have her join your family. We are sad she is moving, but it’s worth noting that she was willing to sacrifice everything to stay with us, and we couldn’t allow this to happen. Some lucky family out there deserves her, and we are more than happy to indefinitely refer her.
