About Kaila

Nurturing children and witnessing their growth is truly my passion. With seven years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens, I bring a creative and friendly approach to childcare. I have a college degree and specialized training in Early Childhood Education (ECE), as well as a Child Development Associate (CDA). I am also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games with children, and I am comfortable caring for up to five children at a time. I am happy to help with cooking and meal preparation, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules, and I communicate with parents through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone call. I'm excited to connect with your family and provide a safe and engaging environment where your children can thrive.
