Kaidyn has been with us for a year now and she is hands down the best. Our now 4 yr old has high functioning autism and is non verbal and kaidyn had been a blessing! We have seen our little girl begin to thrive with kaidyn. She is an absolute blessing to any family. Dependable, trustworthy and flexible. She offers a safe environment for children to play and she is always teaching our daughter something new and fun. If I could give her a million stars I would. She is a true gem with a gift for working with children. If you are looking for someone to entrust the care of your child with she is patient, kind and fair. Kaidyn has also done a fantastic job communicating anything about our daughter throughout the day and always does a great job at capturing those special moments we sometimes feel like we miss working outside the home. This was also our first time with out of home care and I am so glad that we found her as it made the transition easy for both our daughter and us.
