About Kaidance

I'd describe my personality as optimistic, playful, stern. I like working with kids because kids bring a new light to the world. Children are sweet, loving, playful, and welcoming. Its amazing how curious kids are. I enjoy the excitement and chaos that comes with helping children. I'm looking for consistency, structure, and transparency. I started working with kids young as an older sister. Began working with children outside of my home when I was 10/11. Outside of family/family friends I started working with children when I was in highschool. I worked alongside Pre-K and K-5 teachers from 9th grade up until graduation, then immediately began babysitting after graduation. In my spare time, I read, write, sight see, bake craft, and swim. I'm always down to learn new things, explore new places, or try new foods! One thing you should know about me is I act and speak with intention. My skills include CPR, some Sign Language, sensory play, (age based) Montessori play/learning.
