About Kaia

Hi! My name is Kaia. I recently moved to Norwalk and just got married! I've been babysitting since I was 12, and childcare has always been a huge part of my life. My family owns three childcare centers, so I truly grew up in the classroom. I later became the director of our Wilton location and eventually oversaw all three centers as the Executive Director for our 200+ families. I've always loved working with kids. Even on the busiest days, my favorite moments were spent on the floor playing, getting creative, or running around the playground. I'm a true kid at heart and love to have fun while also creating a safe, supportive environment. I now work full-time from home as a Director in the childcare tech space, and I honestly miss being around kids! I'm looking for occasional babysitting opportunities like date nights or a mother's helper role - something that gets me out of the house and lets me spend time with some awesome little ones.
