Great resume and friendly. Interviewed well. Responded promptly and professionally but then after we had set a time for her to start to meet our children before full time hire, she texted that she had car problems and would be in touch to reschedule but then never followed up. It's OK to change ones mind about accepting a position but very unprofessional and unreliable to just not show up or respond as the way to tell an employer.
