Hello! My passion in life is working with kids! I am a dependable, patient, and experienced caregiver with a strong background supporting children of all ages and abilities. As a Registered Behavior Technician for the past 6 years, I've worked with children ages 2-18, providing behavioral support, social skills coaching, toileting/diapering, hygiene instruction, academic readiness, and community safety skills. I also worked as a "manny" for a family with 4 children for the last year, managing morning routines, dressing the youngest (5), diaper changes, preparing meals, packing lunches, school drop-offs/pick-ups, extracurricular transport, light housekeeping, and overnight care. I also confidently handled any behavioral challenges with calm and consistent leadership. As a father to my 3-year-old daughter, I understand the importance of patience, safety, structure, and creating a warm, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
