About Justin

Hi! My name is Justin, and I'm a caring, dependable childcare professional with an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and hands-on experience working with children with special needs. I have experience providing one-on-one support to children in a school setting, including children with autism and developmental/behavioral needs. My RBT background has given me experience with behavior support, communication, routines, transitions, positive reinforcement, and helping children build independence. I'm also happy to help with homework, reading, basic tutoring, school assignments, and educational activities. I understand every child learns differently and I'm patient, supportive, and willing to meet each child where they are. I'm attentive, energetic, dependable, and genuinely enjoy working with children. My goal is to create a safe, positive environment where children feel supported, comfortable, and encouraged to grow.
