About Justine

Caring for seniors is very close to my heart. I began by helping care for my Baba (grandfather) during his final years -- assisting with meals, medications, mobility, and, most importantly, keeping him company so he always felt loved and respected. This experience taught me the value of patience, kindness, and truly being present. I've also supported my Nana, who has dementia. Through this, I've learned how to approach confusion or frustration calmly, provide gentle redirection, and bring comfort through music, conversation, and simple routines. Today, I treat everyone I care for like family -- with compassion, respect, and a genuine desire to make their days brighter. I can assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, light housekeeping, and companionship.
