About Justine

Hi! My is Justine. I have tutored English many times before both for elementary students and college students. I started off tutoring elementary students through a internship offered by CUNY , I tutored elementary students in reading and helped them improve their reading skills by creating lesson plans. This experience has taught me ways to incorporate organization and lessons for current roles in leadership in organizations. This was a short one month internship but it has taught me a lot of new ways to engage youth in learning. I currently attend Medgar Evers College and have over 3 years of experience being a tutor by working alongside college students during the Spring and Fall semesters taking English. With college students I tutor by helping students understand concepts in literature, formatting for papers, and analyzing textual evidence within their course readings.
