I've been providing support to seniors & developmentally disabled persons for 21+ years. I'm licensed. I am an IP with Washington State already. I have nurse delegation, diabetes & dementia certifications. CPR / FIRST AID certified. I am also a state licensed phlebotomist. Fully vaccinated. I charge a minimum of $25+ per hour, dependent on care needed. I'm located in Puyallup South Hill and I'm willing to travel within 15 miles. Will travel further with compensation for travel time. I am willing to provide transportation at the rate of 60 cents per mile.
