My credentials are in people services, with a B. A. in Psychology and a M. A. in Counseling and a Certified Holistic Health Coach. With this counseling training, I am an excellent listener and genuinely interested in peoples lives and, as Health Coach, I am also knowledgeable in nutrition. I enjoy being a companion and helper that makes elders lives a little easier because I am there with them. I am deeply respectful and compassionate to older people and have great appreciation for their life experience and wisdom. I enjoy helping others gain a higher quality of life and assist them in being as comfortable as possible, both physically, emotionally, and spiritually, if desired. My work experience includes: coordinating a team of caregivers doing 24-hour care for a gentleman in his 90's, managing medications, working with hospice patients, private duty home care, extensive experience with dementia, stroke victims, injuries, and some mental health patients. I love animals and am comfortable caring for them. My hobbies include, dancing, walking, hiking, gardening, and creating mosaics.
