Julya has been an outstanding nanny to our baby boy. She began working for our family when our baby was 7 weeks old and will be with us til his first birthday and transition to daycare at the end of June 2023 as agreed upon. She is very independent in her ability to care for our baby. Every morning, we communicate about how things are going with the baby's care. Julya consistently makes good decisions, asks questions when needed, and is thoughtful about anticipating what we might direct her to do. She keeps excellent records of the baby's feedings, diaper changes, and activities to reference at the end of the day when adapting to changes. Overall, Julya is reliable, communicative, trustworthy, humble, mature, loving, and thoughtful. She is both an excellent caretaker and a wonderful person. We feel so lucky to have her and would highly recommend her to any family seeking a nanny.
