We hired Julie for back-up care coverage for two days. She was on time (early) and jumped into our schedule very quickly. She took excellent notes throughout the day which I very much appreciated since she was new in our home. I asked her to take care of a few cleaning items related to our daughter and she completed them above and beyond. Very helpful and she's now a go to for back-up care or if we're looking for full time help in the future.
