I've cherished my role as a childcare provider for the past two years, and I'm excited to continue nurturing and educating young minds. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my genuine desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. I am also friendly and approachable, which helps me build strong relationships with both children and their families. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and honest communication. I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow the parents' preferred method of communication throughout the day to address any issues or concerns. I also respect and follow the household rules set by the parents.
