I bring over 30 years of expertise in education, behavior support, and life skills development--tailored to meet diverse needs with warmth and professionalism. I'd describe my personality as energetic, silly and creative. I've often been called "Lucy" from I Love Lucy. I'm always busy and can never sit still. My strengths include patience, a behavioral approach, and boundless creativity. I lead workshops designed to help others achieve what once felt impossible. My foundation is rooted in the work of Skinner and Lovaas--if I can't observe and measure a behavior, I can't effectively address it. I believe all behavior is shaped by antecedents and consequences, and that typical learning is observational. Think about how you learned to turn on a light or open a door--it likely wasn't through direct instruction, but by watching others.
