About Julie

Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for! I have past experience caring for children in high school, tutoring for multiple years in private and class settings, and as a camp counselor leader when I was a Girl Scout. I am patient, calm, creative, friendly, and approachable. I love doing crafts in my free time and would love to incorporate that into my care if desired. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method to keep them informed about their child's day. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I am finishing up my Biology undergraduate degree at UCLA and am trained in First Aid and CPR. I am comfortable caring for one child, and I am willing to help with light housekeeping and travel.
