About Julie

Greetings! My name is Julie O and am available for tutoring/ private lesson instructing for students attending kindergarten through senior high school in a variety of subjects (depending on grade level) and specialize in assisting students with English-including composition, fiction/non-fiction, journalism, legal(ex. incident reports), proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, vocabulary, essays that are often required to answer questions included in tests and more. I'm also skilled in the areas of debate, public speaking including preparing and presenting speeches of all types, Spanish (Have been fluent in and tutoring others in it for 30+ yrs), am well versed in psych., sociology & have taught ESL for decades. Ok with grade school math, science etc. VERY creative "out of the box" methods to motivate/inspire/ energize kids who are bored or aren't succeeding with "standard" methods of teaching. Most of my tutoring's been as a volunteer/for college credits/while Exchange Student in Mex.
