Julie was very cordial during all interactions but communication was lacking at times. When I asked her to give me a heads up on things in the future, she terminated our working relationship. She also mentioned she was afraid of dogs so I'm unsure why she has pet care services and comfortable with dogs on her profile. We have 3 dogs and would never have contacted her if her profile was accurate. It was a strange experience for us but we wish her well.
