About Julie

Caring for children is my passion! I have a bachelor's degree in Inclusive Early Childhood Education. In my work with families, I highly value healthy relationships, communication, consistency, and kindness. My school-related experience includes teaching 3rd grade, working as an assistant in a preschool classroom, student teaching in a preschool classroom, and student teaching and substituting in a 2nd grade classroom. I enjoy babysitting infants, toddlers, and elementary-aged kids. I truly love playing and caring for the children that I watch. I'm a big fan of outside play, and I also love bringing books and activities based on children's interests for inside play. I am able to make meals for children, transport them to nearby places, and other tasks that parents would like to be accomplished. Child care is my main priority, but it is also important to me to leave a family's house cleaner than it was. I look forward to meeting your family!
