Helendale School District, - Custodian As the School Custodian I kept the educational facilities clean and safe. My work was inside the classrooms, staff areas and outside, performing tasks that made our school look nice and operate smoothly. As the daytime custodian my job consisted of screening, scheduling and prioritizing; radio dispatched, emailed, faxed and written requests for services and performing other duties as assigned. Functioning as an effective team member in a supervisor capacity. I was responsible for designating the correct staff member for the job, making certain that the task could be completed in the allocated time. Always ensuring that all safety or health hazards were immediately addressed. I was responsible for servicing equipment, logging maintenance, accurate accounting, inventory of supplies and equipment, requisitioning and ordering products for the entire school. Maintaining school facilities to meet OSHA requirements.
