Julie spent the summer caring for our children aged 5,6, and 7. She was fantastic at managing three children and got them on a schedule right away. She supervised their summer homework and reading, got them to clean up after themselves and kept an eye on what they were eating (not too much junk!). She was confident driving our SUV and was able to swim with them in the pool and at the beach. She kept me informed with texts and photos and was proactive about scheduling and organizing which kids were going where (tennis, golf, lax, swim team etc.) and making sure they were properly attired/equipped. I would come home to art projects and work done and kids bathed, fed and happily in their PJ's. She was firm but loving and kept my kids in sunscreen without fail. The only reason we don't have her this year is because we have a family member living with us for the summer who will be helping out. I haven't had the heart to break it to the kids yet..... they love Julie!
