About Julie

Trying to make a positive impact on children's lives is my passion. I currently go to the University of Tampa and want to open my own daycare. I have six years of experience working at daycares and I am a part time teacher. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and happy to engage them with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I communicate with parents through regular updates via text or phone call, always following your preferred method. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and am also willing to help with light housekeeping, travel, and crafts. My background includes some college, First Aid Training, CPR Training, certification as a teacher, and coursework in Early Child Development. I also speak Portuguese fluently and some Spanish.
