About Julie

Hello everyone, my name is Julie I've worked as a caregiver for over 10 years and with special needs now for over 6 years and have learned a lot in my time as a caregiver. I've worked with clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, special needs, and disabilities. Walking assistance and guidance assistance whether it is with a gait belt or wheelchair I'm very accustomed to as fall precautions are so important to be aware of. Hygiene is also so beneficial to individual's health and wellness. I've been trained and have worked with people who need assistance with; bathing, showering, dry baths, and bed baths as well. I've also worked in a nursing home in the activities department for a while so I'm no stranger to having fun. My clients and I enjoy playing games as well as taking walks together and even clients who are unable to walk enjoyed our time in nature. I care deeply for my clients and I have and always try to find ways to improve their lifestyles to make things easier.
