I hold a college degree and maintain current First Aid Training. I offer respite care, live-in support, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities as needed. I provide verbal updates and follow your preferred communication methods.
