I read the other 1-star review and thought it wouldn't hurt to give her the benefit of doubt. Scheduled one in-person interview with Julia after a phone interview. She sounded nice on the phone. She cancelled one hour before the meeting due to a last-minute conflict. Rescheduled for 2 days later, she did not show or call to explain! I am so glad this kind of lack of sense of responsibility is on full display before I hired her to care for my child. I would never hire someone like her!
