About Julianna

I've been in the domestic household staff industry for 6 years with a focus of childcare and household management, I have extensive experience with multiples as well as managing multiple households outside of childcare. I own two businesses in the area that connect me extensively with the families in our community which has given me the opportunity to meet and work with some wonderful parents and kiddos who I deeply value & who reciprocate the same love and adoration, with this comes many glowing references in which I feel so thankful to have and am happy to provide upon speaking with you! I value work environments that have a focus on communication, respect, and mental/physical health. I would consider myself someone who partakes in gentle parenting but not permissive parenting and encourage children to communicate and learn from their own choices, within reason.
