Before that, I was a nanny for several years, so caring for little ones has always been a big part of my life. When she was actually engaged she was exceptional. But that wasn't often. Not sure if she had stuff going on, but she was late every day, called out 3 times with almost no notice in her first 3 weeks, and was even rude to me in my own home. Horrible communication. We only asked her to clean teethers and put bottles in the dishwasher. She often did neither. Caught her multiple times on her phone ignoring our baby. Her 3rd week, she was on the phone and computer booking something while my son was fussing. Turns out it was a vacation that she was planning to attend while she was supposed to still be working for us. So I guess we were paying her to book vacations. Her rudeness honestly had fire coming out of my ears, and if we hadn't needed the help I would have fired her on the spot. Definitely took advantage of our leniency. Can't recommend.
