I've worked with kids since my sophomore summer when I volunteered as a camp counselor at Camp Allen; this is were I found my love for teaching and joined my schools club called TAFE ( Texas Association For Future Educators) Which allowed me to student teach at Boon Elementary for a year as a Special Education teacher and volunteer my time to the community. I just graduated form Allen High-school and will be going to Texas Tech in the fall to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Minors in Women's Gender Studies. But this summer I have been working at a STEM camp as a teachers aide.
