Juliana babysat our 13 month old son. Before the booking, Juliana was easy to communicate with. She arrived on time, and played with our son until his bedtime. He sometimes is a bit scared of strangers, but felt instantly comfortable with Juliana. She quickly understood his bedtime routine, and was able to put him to bed without any issues. We ended up running a couple minutes late at the end of the booking, and Juliana was very understanding. We'd love to have her back in the future.
