About Juliana

Hello! My name is Juliana. I have over 7 years of experience working with families. I am incredibly patient and love working with kids because of the ways they see the world and everything I learn from them. In high school I began babysitting for families and volunteering with a pre-school program. Then, while obtaining my bachelor's degree, I became a nanny for one of those babysitting families, helping to care for their 4 children (ages 0-16). I helped around the house, drove, supervised at the pool, planed outings, and spent quality time at home. I also have experience caring for kids during extended periods, while parents are away, including overnights. Finally, I lived in Norway for two years during my early 20s and worked with families during this time. I have experience with multi-cultural family environments, bilingual children, and navigating family systems and cultural expectations that are unlike my own.
