About Julia

Hi there! I am one of the eldest in a family of 11, so I grew up with an instinctual love and skill in childcare. I graduated from The College of the Holy Cross with a bachelors in English and Theater and then moved on to graduate school at Boston University where I received my Masters in Clinical Social Work. I have my LCSW and worked as a children's therapist and behavior specialist for 4 years as an In-Home Therapist. I have worked with children ages newborn-18 in many different capacities: theater director, acting coach, caretaker, therapist, private tutor for all subjects (elementary and high school), camp counselor, etc. I just recently left my fulltime job after having a child of my own 6 months ago. I am looking for something just part-time or as needed. I pride myself on my creativity, my ability to connect with others, and my work ethic. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
