About Julia

I've always loved working with children and being part of their everyday growth and development. With 10 years of childcare experience, I've worked with children from infants through pre-teens, including nearly five years as a Montessori-trained lead teacher and three years in childcare leadership and management. My background includes 30+ college credits in Early Childhood Education as well as a Montessori Primary training credential. My experience and education have given me a strong understanding of child development and a thoughtful, hands-on approach to care. I value independence, curiosity, movement, and giving children the space to explore and build confidence. I'm calm, patient, dependable, and respectful of each family's routines and parenting style. I love getting outside, reading, creating, cooking, and finding learning opportunities in everyday moments. I also hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
