I do not have any weekday afternoon availability during the school year. I firmly believe that I am not only being paid to simply supervise your child, but also to be active and to maintain a fun (and always learning) environment! I strive to get kids outdoors and learning about the natural world, and I also enjoy crafts, games, and stories. I have a degree in Environmental Conservation from Umass Amherst, a certificate in Nature-based Early Childhood Education from Antioch, and a North American Montessori Center ages 0-3 certification. I have over 12 years of experience with kids between the ages of 4 months to 13 years. I am CPR and First aid certified. I would love to help care for pets and will do housework/laundry as needed!

We came across Julia as a last minute babysitter for my 1 year old son. She was one of the best babysitter/nanny that I have ever come across. She is extremely reliable and dependable. She communicates very well. Her calm personality is wonderful. She is able to handle any situation. Because we enjoyed her so much, we hired her part time regularly. She was extremely engaging with my son and kept him busy with many creative activities. If we still lived in the area, we would still be working with Julia!
