About Julia

Hey! My name is Julia and I currently work as a Patient Care Technician at the UAB Hospital. I have been working primarily with geriatric patients for about a year now. I can help assist people with eating, going to the restroom, and other activities of daily living. I am also interested in caring for pets. I have owned dogs, cats, and many other animals for many years. I am very familiar with walking dogs and checking on fur babies while you are away. I like working with animals because they have a special way of communication. Their body language will let you know how they feel and what they may need. Plus, they're cute! I started working with animals ever since I can remember! I've always had dogs and cats. I also have experience with birds, reptiles, mice, rats, and even farm animals! :)
