About Julia

I'd describe my personality as engaging, calm, and passionate. I'm looking for a job that has a positive atmosphere and one that thrives on great communication. I started working with animals when I was in middle school. I began dog and cat sitting for neighbors all through high school, undergrad, and grad school and really enjoyed being able to make relationships with different animals. I grew up with three cats of my own and absolutely fell in love with them, so I find it very rewarding to care for other people's animals as well! In my spare time, I like to be outside! I ride my road bike primarily but I also enjoy running, skiing, and hiking. One thing you should know about me is I am a doctorate student at the university of puget sound studying physical therapy. I am in my second year of the program and am currently enjoying summer break!
