About Julia

I have been babysitting since 13. I began with my special needs brother and learned how to deescalate situations with powerful emotion/ bad behavior. I have gone onto babysitting up to four children at once, including young babies and children with autism. I feel like I know how to work with any age group and have a knack for making people feel comfortable and safe. I have experience taking care of elderly, babies, children and pets, all of which have helped me deeper understand the world and where we all fit in. I deeply enjoy being around people especially children because there are so many things I can learn from them and their careless whimsy. I enjoy taking care of children and being a safe person to lean on when parents need a babysitter. I am flexible and willing to work around schedules in order to make this a simple experience for all parties involved.
