About Julia

I am an empathetic, kind, and patient caregiver who enjoys working with children because of their open-mindedness and creativity. I find it incredibly rewarding to support their growth and curiosity while creating a safe, nurturing environment. I have over 16 years of experience caring for children, beginning with helping care for my younger sibling. Since then, I have worked in my local church's nursery and pre-K program, two daycare centers, and a summer camp. I am comfortable caring for children ages 1-13. I am currently working toward my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education at Kutztown University and am CPR and First Aid certified. I value reliability, clear communication, and advance planning, especially as a college student with a busy schedule, so I can be fully present and dependable during my scheduled hours. In my free time, I enjoy reading, crocheting, hiking, singing, and spending time with my family.
